Is it safe to mail jewellery?

Yes, we ship our jewelry by trusted carriers such as FedEx and EMS. All our shipments are fully insured by GoldSourceJewellery.com

Do you ship internationally & shipping fee?

  1. We are happy to serve customers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination; plus duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please feel free to contact us for more information
  2. Shipping charges are included on proforma invoice.

How long does it take to order?

All in-stock items are shipped Monday thru Friday, but may take up to 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. Shipping time varies depending on method and location.

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, simply click on the tracking number displayed in the email

What it’s your exchange policy?

We at Gold Source want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) for exchange or merchandise credit within 15 days after shipment receival.

How do I return defected item(s) I have purchased?

Contact customerservice @GoldSourcejewellery.com to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once approved, you will receive an email containing your RMA number, along with packaging and shipping instructions.For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if the package has been damaged or tampered with.

How long do I wait for an exchange or merchandise credit?

Please allow 7-12 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received and inspected. Merchandise credit will be issued and email to you.

 

How do I cancel an order once it has been submitted?

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service.

Can I resize my ring? Is there a fee?

  1. You can order ring size from our option guide.
  2. We also accept special order for ring size which is not shown on our options. Please contact us about additional charges.

Do you offer repair services?

  1. We do offer repair services for manufacturer defects.

  2. For wear and tear product repairing, there will be a reasonable charge after inspection.

I am interested in a particular design that I saw in a magazine, can you tell me where I can find information on this?

  1. You are welcome to email a copy of the ad to customer service.

Will there be sales tax?

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of customers.

Once I register on your site will I be able to view my order history?
